I signed up for Xfinity/Comast’s Triple Play bundle in June of 2017. At that time, I was promised a $500 Visa gift card after 6 months of service. I have not been contacted about this nor have I received anything in the mail. I have called customer service about this several times and the result us always the same - we’ll work hard to get this resolved ASAP and contact you. I have also checked on the rewards center page several times but it says nothing is on record. I need to get this resolved and as a customer who pays over $200/month for services, I deserve the promised $500 gift card. Please help!
