I updated my plan during a visit to the Xfinity store this morning. I was trying this afternoon to look it up and verify that what I was told , will be the new bill. But I cannot view my plan. It goes to a screen telling me I need help and to connect with the assistant. This seems to have been an issue for a few years looking in the search.
How can I view my plan details in my account?
Do I have to wait for the bill to be generated?
It has been a fair while since I wanted to look up the various plans given by XFinity and I used to be able to view all the plans available to me on a single page, but after changing mine today and now finding it completely impossible to actually look at what plans are provided, I have come to the conclusion that every household has a different plan. Everything I have seen has me thinking that each plan is unique to just you. But some are paying more and some less for the same thing.
