Very disappointed in Refer-a-Friend program

Hi,

Called to check on the status of my referral and was told today that due to terms and conditions that my referral is no longer valid.  Very disappointing and needless to say I won't be referring anyone else.  Everytime I've checked I was told that it was active and would be paid at the 90 day date.  Now this morning, it no longer qualifies?  What's going on?  I guess it's a great way of getting out of paying...well, Xfinity will lose in the end.
