I have the Extreme 150 plan and I'm getting 170 download and my upload for the past week + has went from 20+ to 2mbps. I talked to 2 different techs on the phone and they did everything that they could. They scheudled a level 2 tech to come out but I was sent a contracted installer and he couldnt figure it out after running new cables from the telephone pole to the house as a quick test. He said all the signals looked good. I'm in the Atlanta area and have an Arris TM822R. What gives?????? I'm having problems connecting to my Ring doorbell and camera to see a live feed now since the upload is so slow!
