Vacation Hold

I am a COMCAST customer for over 12 years.

 

I am on vacation hold from 30 Dec to March 22nd. Since I had password problems, I had to reactivate my account for a few hours. From now onwards put me on Vacation hold from now till March 22nd and dont charge me. Thanks.

Your request to go back to season until March 22 cannot be fulfilled due to not meeting a minimum of 90 days.

  • Service may only be placed on Seasonal Convenience Plan once in a calendar year for a minimum of 90 days and a maximum of 270 days in a calendar year.
