I have been trying for over a year to get Comcast to address this issue.
Our power company had to install a new utility pole in our yard and we have been waiting for Comcast to move their equipment to the new pole for over a year. We cannot remove the old (existing) utility pole until Comcast moves their equipment. All the while we are looking at 2 ugly poles in our front yard. I've posted this once and Comcast said to send them a DM, which was answered but never resolved. I've sent many follow up messages but never get a reply. PLEASE COMCAST HELP ME RESOLVE THIS ISSUE as soon as possible!!!!
