I am trying to upgrade from the regular little cable box to a HD/DVR box and customer service tells me it will be $19.95 a month but that's crazy considering I can switch to Direct TV and get the same channels I have now and get up to 4 HD/DVR boxes for free. They tell me the only option is to contact the loyatly program since we have been Comcast Customers since 2007
