Upgrading to new plan

I’m currently using Xfinity for internet and instant TV. I had surgery on my wisdom teeth yesterday and realized that I miss having a full cable package, especially with the kiddos love of Paw Patrol! Anyway, I decided to sign up for one of the triple play plans, but it keeps sending me an email saying they need more information. I really am not easily decipherable right now and I had really been hoping to have this by the weekend to find something to relax and watch. Has anyone had this happen? I’m not behind on my bill-i just want to upgrade my service.
