I have straight internet service and want to upgrade to a package with TV. This is impossible because I am already a customer. If I want to look at what is available, the site tells me to Contact Comcast so an agent can assist me. When I try the “Live Chat”, it gives me a link to the packages, of which you can look at one. When I try to “see more plans”, it goes right back to the “Contact Us for assistance” page. If that isn’t bad enough, don’t even try to go to one of the stores for assistance. I was told by a “qualified in-store representative” that they could not assist me with my account. That I would be able to do all of this on their website. So if anyone can explain to me how to accomplish this simple(or what I thought was simple) task, I am all ears.
