I need to update the primary email address under my account. After several unsuccessful attempts doing it online, I spent 40 minutes on the phone with a customer service agent who assured me that the primary email address has been updated.
Guess what, it is NOT! I am still receiving account related emails and updates at the old email address and am not receiving them at the email address that I requested.
Is XFINITY capable of making this simple change without consuming another hour of my time?
