Unwanted account cancellation

I received an email today saying that my Xfinity internet service cancellation request has been received. The problem is, I did not request a cancellation. When I click on the “change service” tab on my account, it says that an order is pending and so there’s no way to stop this order. Help. I don’t want my internet to get shut off.
