I recently moved from a house that had great internet service to a new address across town. We started calling xfinity in November of 2019 dealing with approx 15-20 reps all saying we will get you set up for service at the new address, finally in April 2020 we got the line dropped and buried , orange line ran from inside house to box around 30 feet away. We had techs come from 90 miles away to attach lines which are still hanging out of our wall for the internet ,they opened the box outside and said WOW! No taps but we will get someone to get this done and we will be back to hook up. We have been waiting and now xfinity uppers deemed us UNSERVICEABLE. by the way everyone in the neighborhood right across the street and up/ down the street had service. Very very frustrating , need for job what can be done?
