Unresolved hazardous issue.

I have an unburied cable line running from our backyard, across the fence into our neighbors yard. We have put in for tickets for it to be buried for almost a year now. It poses a serious threat to my daughters and pets that spend time in the back yard. It is a serious hazard to my family. I am a comcast customer myself and if it can't be resolved within a matter of the next two weeks, We're going somewhere else for all of our services when our contract expires in August. Regardless if it is buried by then, Comcast is going to be held accountable for any injuries or damages resulting from their negligence in failing to bury this line.
