I had problems transferring account information to new service. When speaking to Alesia she was unhelpful and condescending. Was not able to help transfer my previous email to the new account that I had since 2017. Her attitude and time was not appreciate. Causing frustration. After calling back and speaking to Jimmy, he was able to fix and resolve the problem in minutes.
Reprensentatives need to be more patient, understanding in this field. If they are not properly trained like Jimmy you will have very upset customers and will up losing business due to one persons failure to give proper instructions and having patients.
