One has not been active since we made the final payment after we moved a year and a half ago, yet when I make a payment through the app the payment is applied to the old account. Make a payment through the website and it's applied to the current account.
I've called to have the old account removed, but they tell me they only see one account, the current one.
Once upon a time you could link and unlink accounts through the website, but can no longer do so.
How do I get the old account unlinked or removed from my Comcast web account so the misapplied payments stop?
