My ex-wife's account and my account are still linked at some level. She gets calls about my account, and I get emails (for MY account) but with her name on it. This has been unresolved for about 3 years and is frustrating to say the least. I have spent a lifetime on the phone with customer support and Tier 2 support, they are unable to fix the problem. Again, this has been going on for years and I would like to get it fixed.
