Unlink/Delete Old Account

I need my old account deleted and unlinked. It's preventing me from using my new account at a new address.

I apologize for any inconvenience or frustration this may have caused but I would love to assist you with getting this corrected. Can you please send me a private message including the full name as it appears on the account and your full name if different?
