Recently I have been getting notifications from Xfinity that I have used my data for the month and suggesting that I upgrade to the unlimited data option on my plan for $30. When I click on the link provided http://xfinity.com/buy/plan/checkout/XFINUDAT the site appears to go through several steps but ends with "the option is temporarily unavailable". I did some searching on these forums and this appears to have been an issue for a while, but I don't see a resolution.
Has anyone had success in adding the unlimited data option to thier plan? Are there extra steps I need to follow to get this added?
