Unlimited Data Temporarily Unavailable

Same issue as many others, can't add Unlimited Data via https://www.xfinity.com/buy/plan/checkout/XFINUDAT.

 

Help please.

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Corporate Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.

Thanks for your help @ComcastMichael . To summarize for anyone else who might read this thread:

 

* I already rent a modem from Xfinity.

* Ordering Unlimited Data will not work in my case.

* Ordering xFi Complete -- which includes unlimited data -- did work.
