Here in Southeast Florida we were without internet, phone, and TV from 9/8/17 thru 9/22/17. XFINITY continues to bill us for a full month of service
despite repeated trips by myself to their brick and mortar store. I've paid for the portion of the month during which we had service and have never been late
in paying our bill. Still they try to charge us for service that wasn't provided and have ignored repeated phone calls and trips to their store. They are deaf to my pleading
and their billing injustice borders on Elder Abuse.
Has anyone else suffered similarly, and if so how did you solve the problem? Many thanks and Happy '18.
