Unauthorized hard pull

Unauthorized hard pull

I received a hard pull when opening up another account on an existing account in good standing. At the comcast store I was told this would be a soft pull at best. 

 

How can I resolve this.

That's certainly frustrating and I know how these can bring down your score. I would like to look into this and see what we can do to get this corrected.
