Unauthorized Hard Credit Inquiry

I signed up for Comcast internet last week. I found out today that Comcast ran a hard inquiry on my credit without offering me the option of a deposit or automatic payments. I already had an account with Comcast and was given the impression by the customer service representative that it was only being reactivated.

 

I want this removed and will be filing a dispute with Equifax. Who do I contact at Comcast about remedying this situation?
