I was notified that Comcast Sacramento pulled my Equifax credit report without my knowledge or permission. I have been a customer for several years and did not contact Comcast or make any changes to my account. When I called Comcast Customer Service, I couldn't find anyone who could understand or answer my question. Why was my credit report pulled? I need the inquiry to be removed as it was done without my knowledge or permission.
