Unaceptable Speeds and Customer Service

After being a customer for many years, It is absolutely unacceptable that I continue to put up with slow speeds/speed test results (61.0 Mbps download/11.8 Mbps upload at BEST) speed when I've been paying for 100Mbps for years. I used vacation time yet again today to wait on a 3-5 PM "guaranteed" appointment time only to receive a call at 4:45 PM to say the SOONEST the tech could make it is 5:45. Due to another comitment I'm forced to reschedule for Friday 3-5 PM (AGAIN taking more vacation time from work) Comcast this is unacceptable. I also had a total outage for 5 days last week.  Again, after 2 eposodes of online troubleshooting with customer support I took time off work to meet a tech at my house 3-5, only to be told the problem was in the line somewhere before my residence and that the issue was being referred to another department.  I was offered a $5 credit.  Give me a break. Unacceptable.  I'm now shopping for fast reliable internet.
