Unacceptible Service

I have had spotty internet connectivity for the past 2 weeks.  I'm forced to work from home because of Covid19.   You were doing work in my area and ever since then my internet is unreliable and is affecting my job.  You also left garbage and flags in my yard which you should have picked up.  I have been a customer for over 20 years.   I pay Comcast $235 dollars a month.  There is no way to get support from a real person and I'm done with your automated chat.  I want a real person to contact me and give me some real answers and talk about billing because I'm not going to continue paying you for unreliable service.
