I have individual/residential internet service, but live in a apartment that has bulk TV service. When I attempt to look/change my internet service plan online, no matter what I am always taken to a screen saying that I have a bulk account and there are no options to see plans of any kind.
I want to see speeds and pricing compared to my current internet service plan, and was hoping it would be easier to just do so from my account online...
