I also tried this today and got the same message. I cant figure out who to contact. The xfinity assistant doesnt address this issue.
Can anyone help with this? I really want to sign up for the unlimited data plan. I have yet to find a phone number on the website I can call (not to mention the horror stories of people trying to call in to get this and the CS folks not knowing the updated terms). I also don't want to go into the store as I care for my parents who are immuno compromised. The xfinity 'assistant' always redirects me to the forums for help.
