My wife and I have moved into a new construction home and have been promised multiple times by comcast customer service that a construction team would come out and put our tap - false promises. It has been over 2 weeks, and still nothing. We have had 4 xfinity techs come to our house and tell us the same thing, that they cannot install services due to no tap being done. And they have no idea what's going on. We call customer service every time, and they also do not really know what we are talking about. This is an extreme issue for us as we both work from home, and do not have internet at all. We are tired of different comcast techs coming to our house and telling us the same thing.
How can this be escalated, or who do we need to directly contact, the maitenance/construction team so we can get this resolved as quickly as possible?? I have read many different forums regarding this issue and I would greatly appreciate any help.
