Unable to get internet set up for new construction

I’ve been having the hardest time with getting internet setup for my new house. I just recently closed on the house and moved in. My neighbor literally right next door to me has xfinity and we’re in the same small community of 10 new build houses (3 of which still under construction).
So far:
-I’ve called xfinity to get my address added into the system.
-Called back a few days later after no follow up to see if I can get internet. The rep opened a ticket to investigate whether I could get service.
-Another few days pass and I got an automated message a few days later saying my house is not serviceable.

This makes no sense, my house is wired for cable internet and all the houses in my community are wired the same way. I’m the second person to move into the new community. All other internet service providers are also saying they don’t service my house. No rep that I’ve talked to seems to have a clue of what to do in my situation. Anyone ever dealt with this before?
