Unable to change plan online

Hello,

Would an employee be able to help with managing my plan online? I tried calling but not much luck on the other end of the line. I would prefer to be able to see my options online.

Hello Gzorin412. We apologize for the inconvenience. This is a known issue that we are working to address. We currently do not have an ETR on the shopping section of our website.
