I am unable to change one of my account plans online. Spent 30 minutes chatting with someone who in the end suggested I call and talk to sales. I simply want to manage my plan online like I have my otehr account without talking to someone outside the US that doesn;t speak english or chatting with someone or trying to be sold something I dont want. I have had this account for 5 years and it has gone from $70 to $170. This is an acount at a property I spend less than 30 days a year at. Do not put in your websites and apps that i can manage my plans and then lock it and force me to call or send some private message.....just fix the accounts so that they can be managed the way you advertise.
The "can't manage your plan" online error is a known issue. Should be fixed soon if the reports are to be believed. An employee here can help you - no pressure.
