I have been using/customer since 2007. So over the new year my sons were playing with their friends and very much destroy my modem. I bought a new one and trying to activate it but was met with stiff negativity from tech support and still my modem is not fully working. I have never contempleting leaving comcast but, that might change. You dont play hardball with long time customer like that.
