So I am trying to access the manage account section to see if there are any deals/possibly upgrade service but keep getting errors. Should I try back later or can someone help?
Hi Thrilla247 -- I can help with your manage account issue. What are the error messages you're receiving? Have you tried this on different browsers? Have you cleared cache & cookies from your browsers?
Hey, sorry, havent been on here in awhile so didnt see the reply. No didnt try anything else with the computer and actually, regrettably called comcast to ask about deals/upgrade possibility, which was a waste of time. But thank you for the reply/suggestions.
