I'm a current Comcast customer. I'm trying to look at offers for current customers to determine if I want to stay with Comcast, but I keep getting the below error message. Is there a way for current customers to manage their plan and check for available offers?
Anyone from Comcast - any help? Since I can't use your website to figure out what offers are available for a current customer, I was hoping to get a response on this forum to determine if I can stay with Comcast.
