Unable to Activate Upgraded Service Package

Hello,

 

I recently upgraded my service package (faster internet and added voice) and the faster speeds / new channel lineup is not showing up, as well as my voice account saying "pending activation".  I am already a customer (having successfully activated my service previously), so I'm not sure what steps I can take to active the new service.  The chat bot is unhelpful and keeps directing me to resources that don't address my issues.

 

Any help / guidance would be greatly appreciated.
