UPS Charging to pick up equipment return

I need to return equipment. THe options state FREE UPS Pickup. I have tried to schedule the pick up and I was told Comcast doesnt pay for the pick up only the shipping. How is this FREE pick up? How do I fix it?

Are you following the instructions on the following page to print out a

'prepaid UPS shipping label?

or just calling UPS 's usual customer service number ?
