UPGRADE TV CHANNELS ONLY

Digital Economy was my channels plan until Dec.11,18 when I lost bunch of channels ( not by choice) however I called to clarified and ask how to upgrade TV channels and I was offered packages that I am not interested at all, internet,calls, modem,box etc. I dont want any of these, seems that I am at end of road hit the brick wall. I want to upgrade to Digital Starter if I want the channels that I lost it. that it, nothing else. Any help please. Thank you
