Since getting Comcast two months ago, I've had two scheduled appointments for technicians to "fix a problem" with the outside wiring. My internet keeps dropping out, I'm currently getting 3.5Mbps down on a 100Mbps plan, and I'm unable to split a coax line to the cable box and modem due to "not enough signal" (per comcast rep).
I was told by chatting with a rep this morning that a work order scheduled for yesterday (between 8am-2pm) was cancelled. I was never told, I obviously didn't cancel it, and the rep wouldn't tell me why it was cancelled.
Is there anyone else at Comcast I can contact to try to get service?
