I have had problems for 4 years since moving to VT. A year and a half ago they finally came out and checked inside and out. They decided there was a problem coming into our area under the street. Nothing was done as the problem continued. Now we find that out TV blanks out for several minutes when ever it wants. This is all TVs. This has been going on for almost a year. People come out and check it and tells us the equipment is fine. They have checked inside and out. This issue can happen up to five time a day. This week it went out for over an hour. At that point a field agent was suppose to call me. That never happened. I want something done so my service works. HELP!
