I have been trying for weeks to transfer my service from my old address to my new. I was told to call the Construction division, as sales can't tell me for sure whether or not my new address can get service. I have made more than 4 phone calls, with no calls back, and no opportunity to talk to a person. Does anyone have any contact info for the Construction division that I can try? I seriously can't continue to wait for them indefinitely with no internet nor cell signal at my house.
