I have been trying to reschedule an appointment that is supposed to be for tomorrow morning because I just found out that I will not have access to the home I am purchasing until sometime next week. Whenever I attempt to call the comcast service number I am immediately disconnected after following the prompts to the Appointments option. I would like to make sure the technition does not show up tomorrow when no one will be at the property.
