I received a call from someone claiming to be from Xfinity calling about people being on my internet access. I asked his name and phone number so I could call him back. He gave me a number and the names of the two people he claimed were using my internet. I then called Comcast and was directed to the fraud line where I sat on hold for 30 minutes waiting to speak to a person. This is rediculous. What are the hours that the fraud unit are in, using eastern standard time, please.
Or am I waisting my time? I want these people stopped so someone not so savvy doesn't get talked into giving up their personal info to these scammers.
