I recently renewed my service with the help ComcastChe. Things went fine until the last day we communicated. Now I have an issue with the service he quoted and I can't get a response from him or her. Can someone else help. My last private message from ComcastChe was 1/23

Thanks for moving this on up. I don't know why you sent the warning about private messaging. I have been responding to a Comcast employee, using the "reply" button on his message, who has invited me let him know if I had any issues.
