I'm leaving the country and want to downgrade for "internet only" since I will be gone. Since I'm a current customer I'm punished and can only go to $90, when new deals are $60?! I understand you're attraching new customers, but why should I pay $30 more when I've been a loyal customer? Absolutely rediculous. So instead of keeping my service, i'll just have to cancel the whole thing unless I can at least get a better offer.
