Trying to change package online, redirects to "You have Netflix"

I'm trying to change my package online, and no matter what path I use to do so, I am redirected to a page that says "Looks like Netflix is part of your plan." and no option to do anything else. 

 

Trying to get through to customer service at the moment is impossible, so doing this online is the best option. Any help would be appreciated.
