Trouble accessing bill/account

When I try to go to the "My Account" page or the "View & Pay Bill" page, the page will just load indefinitely. I've tried this on a few different PCs and they all have the same issue. Using the My Account app will come up with a message saying "We're sorry, we weren't able to connect. Please try again. "

 

I have had a friend log into his account on some of the same devices and he doesn't seem to have this issue. Have any of you guys experienced this? If so, how did you fix it?
