Tropical Storm Outage Credit

Due to Hurricane Isaias, My internet and cable tv were down from the afternoon of Tuesday August 4th thru Saturday morning, August 8th.   I telecommute, so this affected my work life significantly.  I was told that there was a link to request a credit, and the auto response said I was not eligible for a credit.  I pay over $200 a month for my services, so I'm surprised that a four day outage doesn't entitle me to some kind of small credit.   I tried to use the xfinity chat, but they said no agents were available to chat with me.  Would appreciate a credit and response.  Thanks, Marisa Messenger
