Transferring service

I am moving on July 28th. I tried the online site to transfer, but says "We’re sorry, it looks like you'll need some help completing your order." I don't know what the issue is. I'm only moving about 1 mile away and it's already wired for Internet.

There is a little more to it than you probably think, on Comcast's end. Movers Edge number is 877 338 7017 /// Call that number, they can set you up for a self transfer
