Transfer Modem to new account

Hi there, just signed up, using same modem previous tenant left, need to remove/unregister the modem from their account (have login info) and add it to my new account, chat was unable to resolve the issue. Any help would be appreciated.

It would actually be better for both of you if you returned the modem and got one of your own.  Since you're not the original renter of the modem you can't actually use it without the former account holder transferring it to you.
