Been working on my daughter's crappy internet and landline service for months. 8 or 9 service calls later, still no landline, but that's ok there are only three people in the house withchronic diseases and 5 children under 9 in the house, incl a newborn. Got a message from some "non-employee helper from xfinity" and when I tried to answer him, my message was rejected. Perfect. I really hate xfinify. Nothing but a monopoly with no real incentive to treat its customers well.
